If the business profile for the sub-account has the EIN updated then please select the "Legal Entity Type as "Private Profit".

Please make sure to match the use case category with the form on the website and the Use case description.

If the contact form on the website collects consent for both marketing and transactional messages. The use case category selected should be "Customer Care" and "Marketing"

If consent is collected only for one of the above use cases then select only one under the use case category such as "Customer" for only transactional/informational and "Marketing" for only marketing/promotional.
